- I agree to pay Tara McGillicuddy, Director of ADDClasses.com a payment of my choice for the Group Action Day taking place on May 3, 2021 from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm EDT.
- I understand that all times are EDT (New York Time).
- I understand that it is my responsibility to convert EST (New York Time) to my own Time Zone.
- I understand I must be able to attend at least 2 of the ACTION blast sessions.
- I understand that there are NO recordings.
- I understand that Tara McGillicuddy and ADDClasses.com are NOT responsible for any decisions I make after enrolling in the Group Action Day.
- I understand that this is a Work and Action-Oriented Focused Program.
- I understand that I must be over the age of 18.
- I understand that I may only sign myself up for this program.
- I understand it is my responsibility check my SPAM / Bulk / Junk folder(s) for emails about the Group Action Day.
- I understand that success in this program is dependent on my active participation.
- I understand that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances and No Credits will be transferred to other programs, services or future sessions.
